In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy, known as the L.C.E.N., users and visitors to the art-of-street.art website are hereby informed of the present legal notice. The art-of-street.art website can be accessed at the following address: art-of-street.art (hereinafter ‘the Site’). Access to and use of the Site are subject to the present ‘Legal Notice’ detailed below as well as to applicable laws and/or regulations. Connection, use and access to this Site imply the Internet user's full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions of this Legal Notice.

Use of the Site implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be amended or supplemented at any time, so users of the Site are advised to consult them regularly. This Site is normally accessible to users at all times. The Publisher may, however, decide to interrupt the site for technical maintenance purposes. The Site is updated regularly by the Publisher. Similarly, the legal notices may be modified at any time: they are nevertheless binding on the user, who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to read them.
Article 5 - Description of services provided
The purpose of the Site is to provide information about street art. The Publisher endeavours to provide information on the Site that is as accurate as possible. However, it may not be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies or shortcomings in updating, whether these are its fault or the fault of third-party partners who provide it with this information. All information provided on the Site is given for information purposes only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the Site is not exhaustive. It is given subject to modifications having been made since it was put on line.
Article 6 - Intellectual property rights
All images, texts and videos and all other elements making up the site are the exclusive property of the Publisher, unless otherwise stated. This Site is subject to French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. All reproduction rights are reserved, including iconographic and photographic representations. Reproduction, adaptation and/or translation of all or part of the Site on any medium whatsoever is strictly prohibited without the express authorisation of the Publisher.
Article 7 - Management of personal data
In France, personal data is protected by law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 et seq. of this law relating to information technology, files and civil liberties, users have the right to access, rectify and object to any personal data concerning them. Users may therefore request the Publisher to rectify, clarify, update or delete any information concerning them that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or out of date. Article 8 - Hypertext links and cookies
The Site contains a number of hypertext links to other websites. However, the Publisher has no control over the sites linked to the Site, and cannot therefore be held responsible for their content. Users are fully responsible for the risks associated with using these sites.
Browsing the Site may cause cookies to be installed on the user's computer. A cookie is a small file which does not allow the user to be identified, but which records information relating to the browsing of a computer on a site. The data obtained in this way is intended to facilitate subsequent browsing of the site and is also used to measure visitor numbers. Article 9 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Site is subject to French law. Jurisdiction is expressly assigned to the competent courts under French law.
